Our central restaurant is built from Jaisalmer’s golden yellow sandstone, offering a cool indoor space during the day and opening onto our central campfire courtyard at night.
We serve a rich buffet of local Rajasthani specialities, alongside popular Indian and continental options. Our chefs use fresh ingredients sourced from local farms and traditional desert spices.
